Ditshego Ventures (Pty) Ltd is a South African holding company. It coordinates autonomous ventures across education and technology, each one a node that returns strength to the house. SCHOOL Technologies — the group's flagship — delivers AI-powered learning to every South African learner. AURA AI Laboratories builds intelligence infrastructure for the continent. Around them orbit ventures in fintech, philanthropy, music, media, trade, and esports.

Everything is built on a shared conviction: South Africa's next era will be defined by who builds its systems, tells its stories, and owns its cultural infrastructure. We intend to be on the building side.

Adopted by the founder, MK Ditshego, from an observation made at a board game, the Ludo Principle is the house doctrine. All entities invest in each other, move together, and cross the finish line as one unit — no piece left behind. Trust is the infrastructure; customer value and protection come first.
