Why it belongs to the house
Education depends on delivery — of books, devices, and materials. By owning trade capability, the house keeps the chain honest and the last mile reachable, including for SCHOOL's device and textbook ambitions.

Planning phase. Sourcing, licensing, and route design are the focus.
